The career of one of the toughest fighters on tour and a green and gold legend is coming to an end.
John Millman, a Brisbane, Australia native who battled through multiple surgeries to climb to a career-high ranking of World No.33 in 2018, will retire in early 2024, after the Aussie summer events are played.
He is currently ranked 436.
All good things come to an end.

Millman, who upset 5-time champion and World No. 2 Federer for biggest win of career and to reach his first Grand Slam quarterfinal at 2018 US Open, was a tried-and-true fighter on tour, a physical phenom who loved to play long rallies and grind his opponents down.
He used that physicality to get by Federer on a muggy evening in Flushing Meadows in 2018, stunning the Swiss in a wild affair, and also beat then 14th-ranked Fabio Fognini at that same US Open.
Millman won his lone title at Astana in 2020, saving two match points to defeat Tommy Paul in the quarterfinals before defeating Frances Tiafoe and Adrian Mannarino to take the title
Currently 34, Millman made his ATP debut in 2010. He currently owns 121 career ATP wins.
